Elisa Collins, FNP-C

Medical Director and Provider

Having entered the medical field as a Registered Nurse at the tender age of 19--the youngest in her class and the top of her class at BYU-Idaho--Elisa Collins now has over 22 years experience practicing in healthcare and has a passion for health and wellness.

Elisa returned to school more than 12 years ago to obtain her Graduate Degree in Nursing from Idaho State University, gaining licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, Family Nurse Practitioner and certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Elisa lives in Boise, Idaho with her husband and two children, one of whom is a special needs medically-fragile adult, to whom Elisa dedicates much of her time and energy. In addition to her tele-wellness practice, Elisa runs an Idaho Certified Family Home to directly provide for her daughter's high-level care at home.

Elisa and her husband, Michael, enjoy traveling, ocean cruising, watching movies, and spending time with their youngest son, Israel, as well as with Mike's adult children and grandchildren. 

A Journey Together

Elisa Collins is a certified nurse practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing from Idaho State University, with over 20 years in the medical field. After a weight loss journey of over 40 lbs, Elisa has a passion for weight management, training in Obesity Medicine and Sleep Medicine, and has an additional Master's Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Life Coaching. Elisa obtained her certificates in coaching over the years alongside her supportive husband, Michael, who also holds a degree in Psychology and has been certified as a Personal Trainer. Michael and Elisa consider themselves to be on an ongoing wellness journey together. Both trained with Wellcoaches organization and with the World-renowned Worldlink Medical Academy, the Academy of Preventive and Innovative Strategies for Achieving Optimal Health.
